[otrs] empty answer performance slow

Sorry for the delay, but I tried everything and almost rejected OTRS because my bosses don't want that problem of waiting long time to answer tickets. 

But trying some things... I put the OTRS server in the DMZ of our net and the problem was resolved. Now we´re testing it, and hope soon start to use it.
