[otrs] Auto Generate Ticket externally

Does anyone know how I can generate a ticket automatically using a
command line parameter for the Windows Version.

 

I have GFI Network checks installed and I want to be able execute a
script or executable from GFI which will create a case automatically for
the customer.

 

Any ideas?
