[otrs] What dirs/files need copying to new install for upgrade?

Hello.

Besides copying the working copy of 'Config.pm' to the 'new install' 
(upgrade) and my customized files, which other directories and files need to 
be copied so the SysConfig settings set in the interface, etc. are 
re-applied? e.g. Config/Files???? others???  Is there documentation for 
this?

Right now, the settings via the interface in SysConfig are back to default.  
Hopefully, I don't have to start over to set them again.
