[otrs] What dirs/files need copying to new install for upgrade?

Hello again.

I copied the Config/Files dir contents from my previous install and my 
settings are visible, thank goodness.

Does the Config/GenericAgent.pm get revised by the system, also?  Should 
this file be copied from the previous version as well?  I haven't done 
anything with GenericAgent.pm, yet.

Is there documentation describing this upgrade detail?
