You'll need to install PostgreSQL and DBD::Pg. You'll also need to
know how to create a user and database, and setup access permissions,
which is fairly well documented in the PostgreSQL docs.

To setup OTRS to use PostgreSQL, you need to comment out the MySQL
driver and uncomment the PostgreSQL driver in Config.pm, and use the
PostgreSQL schema sql instead of the MySQL ones during install. That's
pretty much all there is to it.
