[otrs] User Feedback 2.0.4 on Fedora 4

I installed OTRS 2.0.4 on Fedora 4. I posted my guide to my blog,

donaghy.blogspot.com

The system is excellent. We use it for issues related to our portal
and for customers calling in to trouble shoot a problem.

I do have one problem that is unrelated. We changed the IP address on
the system and httpd does not come back online. Any ideas?
