[otrs] Existing Win32 of Apache/PHP/Perl/MYSQL

You can try installing the full package on a separate server/PC and just
copy the /opt/otrs directory over to the "real" server. Assuming that
your server has applications installed in the default directories, it
would be easy(er) to get it working. You could also use Windows "text"
search feature to find all occurrences of the path and just change it to
your new installation.
Although I really do not see why your "butchering" would not be
working... I would really think its a problem with Apache. I also see
that your MySQL is outdated, current is 5.0

If all else fails - you could run VMWare Server with Linux as guest,
just run OTRS there... This works great for me.

Good luck.
