[otrs] Problem with OTRS 2.1.6 and Internet Explorer 6

Hi Friends,
I had problems with Internet Explorer 6 and Otrs 2.1.6.
When I try to open a customer ticket IE6 send me this error

Server not found or dns error.

I use https.

With Firefox and IE7 I don´t have this problem.

Any Ideia?
