Is data inserted to OTRS's database compressed? Which storage module is better to use ArticleStorageFS or ArticleStorageDB? In ArticleStorageFS attachments are wrote to disk, is there anything else wrote to disk besides attachments, that is not inserted to database (I mean for example plain body is inserted to database and is wrote to disk too)?
