[otrs] error in upgrade from 2.1.4 to 2.2.0

Sorry, I dont remember, but I have got another error when I tried
upgrade the real system from 2.1.4 to 2.2.0-beta1.

I upgraded database, and when I create a new ticket with Postmaster.pl
( echo test|mail otrs at localhost):
