[otrs] error in upgrade from 2.1.4 to 2.2.0

That command does not work. You have to pipe the message into the 
PostMaster.pl module which can be found in $OTRSHOME/bin directory.

This looks like an broken update. I can not say what went wrong without 
access to your system :(.
