Looks like OTRS can't find the LWP::UserAgent Perl module. Are you  
sure you have you installed all required Perl modules? See <http:// 
doc.otrs.org/2.1/en/html/x325.html#installation-of-needed-perl- 
modules> for an overview. You can run ~otrs/bin/otrs.checkModules to  
check whether you have all required modules installed.
