[otrs] Automatic BCC

Hi William,

Please have a look at SysConfig : Config Options: Framework ->
Core::Sendmail, there is an option that could fit your need :

SendmailBcc: 
Send all outgoing email via bcc to the specified address. Please use
this only for backup reasons!
