[otrs] problems with installation otrs DB

Good afternoon my friends,
I had a important problem with  the installation of otrs 2.2
when up the iterface web, and go to create the DB,
display the next error:

Create Database (2/4)   Creating database 'otrs1' utf8: *done.*  Creating
tables 'otrs-schema.mysql.sql': *done.*  Inserting Inital inserts
'otrs-initial_insert.mysql.sql': *done.*  Foreign Keys '
otrs-schema-post.mysql.sql': *false! :-(* ---==> Can't create table
'./otrs1/#sql-5455_23.frm' (errno: 150)
do you now the solutions??
