[otrs] Automatic BCC

(sorry for delay, other priorities)

Well, we're BCC'ing into a private internal address, so we don't want
the customers to see it. I found

/opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AgentTicketCompose.dtl

and the variable: $QData{"Bcc"}

I'm not sure if any other part of OTRS writes to this variable. I
don't know how I can add to this variable. I tried adding it to the
HTML, but then we'll have a comma separator issue. Is there a proper
way to add an E-mail address to $QData{"Bcc"}?

Thanks
-will
