[otrs] Download only email fetching

Hi Dan,

Our company uses an alias list ( I think that is what it is called)
for our support mail. E-mails sent to support@ goes to otrs@ and
support-internal at . OTRS only fetches mail from otrs@ mailbox. I prefer
this way since there is always a copy somewhere else.
