Hi Nils,
The UPGRADING file says: These instructions are for people upgrading
OTRS from "2.1" to "2.2".
So that seems like not the correct instructions.
What RPMs are you using for CENTOS 4.0? I didn't see any for CENTOS or
RHEL.
