[otrs] 2.2.3 updrade to 2.2.4

I believe the tar Nils was referring to (correct me if I am wrong Nils)
is the SuSE RPM available for download.

try 

relinking your /opt/otrs to /opt/otrs-2.2.4

#DB Settings and so forth
copy Kernel/Config.pm from /opt/otrs-2.2.3 to /opt/otrs-2.2.4

copy Kernel/Config/Files/ZZZAuto.pm from /opt/otrs-2.2.3
to /opt/otrs-2.2.4

if you made changes to the cron then copy /var/cron/
from /opt/otrs-2.2.3 to /opt/otrs-2.2.4

if you have made template changes, copy any self made templates into
there respective place

fire your browser up and let'er rip
