You are aware that OTRS 2.1.4 was released about a year ago? There  
have been several updates in the meantime. And what do you mean by  
'linux Enterprise v4' exactly? I'm guessing Red Hat Enterprise Linux  
(RHEL) or CentOS 4?

Have you installed any updates before this problem appeared? If you  
run OTRS under mod_perl and upgrade Perl for instance you need to  
restart your webserver or mysterious issues errors will crop up.
