[otrs] Error: SMTP authentication failed! Enable debug for more info!

Hello everybody:

I'm having this problem with new instalation of win32 2.2.4 over windows 2003 
server standard edition.
I asign the accounts to queues but when I try to send a response give me the 
message :

"ERROR: OTRS-CGI-10 Perl: 5.8.8 OS: MSWin32 Time: Fri Dec 14 11:32:28 2007

Message: SMTP authentication failed! Enable debug for more info!

Somebody could help me ?

I test OTRS win32 2.2.3 over winxp without problems ??
