[otrs] Host-based theming and automation

Does anyone have experience with this?

 

Also, does anyone use scripts (sql and otherwise) to set up new users and
queues in their otrs environment?

 

Please, some one, let me know that this e-mail got through.  I've been
having trouble submitting stuff to this list as I believe it falls off into
the great bit-bucket in the sky.
