[otrs] Impossible to upload files with the frontend

Dear all OTRS users,

we've go an issue: our customers are unable to upload files bigger than 1 MB through the web frontend. It is strange because the "WebMaxFileUpload" option is set to 1024 * 1024 * 5 (as default). The user doesn't get a "Connection" timeout error, so I think the file is excluded by the script.

Any idea?
