[otrs] Send customer notification also to admin mail address

Hi all,

I need some help about configuring OTRS system.

I tried to insert the feature to send the notification customer e-mails 
(new-owner e-mail and so on) also to admin mail (in cc) for my purpouse, 
but I'm not capable  to do it.

Could someone help me to solve the problem?
