[otrs] Icons

Sorry if this problem has been addressed, I found similar problems but
not quite identical.

I have installed OTRS on a new VMWare which has a base install of Fedora Core
6. The OTRS install went well, the only modification I have made is to modify
the script alias to " / " instead of " /otrs " in an attempt to be able to
reach the login page from the root Location /. I did keep the locations and
directories for the icons the same (original locations, and Directories). If I
log into otrs from the local machine (server running otrs) using an address of
http://localhost/index.pl I am able to see all the icons throughout the
application. If however, I go to another machine (on the same network, or
outside) and reach OTRS from http://192.X.X.X/index.pl I am able to log in (so
I know Apache and OTRS are calling things correct i.e. Perl, and CGI) I just
cannot see the icons. I see where the icons should be, and if I check the
properties it gives me the correct location of where the icons should be
located but it does not display them on the screen.
