[otrs] Ldap Configuration Issues

I think OTRS is very well developed and will be exactly what we need at
our school.  I would like to integrate OTRS in with our Active Directory
for both Agents and Customers.  For my test install, I downloaded the
Win32 msi.  I am assuming that NET::LDAP is installed.  I am a novice,
but I googled and googled so if I missed an obvious resource I
apologize.
 
1)  I am not finding it clear how to format Config.pm.  Should I simply
remove all references to the default DB and have only the LDAP config?  
 
2)  The configuration options and steps I need to take in order to get
AD and OTRS working together are not clear to me.  I am not completely
familiar with the way LDAP works.  Is there a dumbed down, aka gentooish
install how-to for setting AD and OTRS up?  I would be happy to be more
specific if need be.
