Hello, We have a beta of the OTRS software running, and someone has asked if we can create a customer data file in the program. IE; Customer XYZ- System overview- Site information contract dates etc. It is more than just a few lines, and in some cases as much as 2 or 3 pages of text. Is there a way to do this? Thanks, jim
