[otrs] Custom Tickets

Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a way to create custom tickets? If so how? More specifically I want to create custom tickets for each queue. Is this possible? I.e one ticket for operations, another for developers, sales, etc. 
Any help is greatly appreciated.
