[otrs] answer options

Hi list, 
i am new in OTRS and i need some help. I have created some auto responces for some of my queues. In the body of the answer I include the request of the customer (using <OTRS_CUSTOMER_EMAIL[10]> ). Is there any way that I can change the color of the font that the user writes (or make it bold, italic or underline)?
