[OTRS] statistics

Hi list,
 
I have a problem and I need some instructions. I want to print some statistics and I want to include the field of the time units that the users fills when they sent an answer for a ticket. When I go to create a new stat there are only choices to select queues, users etc but not the time units. For my company this is very important. 
Please send any ideas.
