Since it is a web application, you don't have to change your clients' settings, they simply need to login to the otrs web page via browser

  hi all
  i am planning to install otrs on the server and provide access to all the client computers. when i set it up intially the database can be set up as local host as its going to be on the server. but how can my clients access and use the system. since its a web application, what kind of changes should i do for the client computers to access otrs.
