[otrs] Customize time period for "Pending Auto Close" ticket state

Hi, you have put a line in file Defaults.pm:

root at Server1:/usr/share/otrs/Kernel/Config# cat Defaults.pm |grep Pending
        $Self->{'Ticket::Frontend::PendingDiffTime'} =  '604800';

(60seg. * 60min. * 24h * 7days = 604800seg.)
