[otrs] type,service and SLA

Activate it :
In Sysconfig --> Config Options: Ticket -> Core::Ticket
and set to yes :
Ticket::Service:
If ticket service/SLA feature is enabled, you can define ticket
services and SLAs for tickets (e. g. email, desktop, network, ...).
But i have a problem, when a Customer send a tickets there is no
specific SLA applied....
