[otrs] FAQ Issues

We have been using OTRS for 4 years now and have grwon with it :-) In the
past we have used the FAQ feature briefly but now we would likt to pick it
up again. We had FAQ installed from a very early version and our admins used
the package installer to install the latest one. The install was sucessful
but now we have 2 FAQ icons. One allows to access the latest and greatest
FAQ (which looks great) but the second gives the message:
 
Can't locate object method "Run" via package "Kernel::Modules::FAQ" at
/opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/../../Kernel/System/Web/InterfaceAgent.pm line 670.
 
How can I get rid of the old and now bogus FAQ from the system
