Yes, dns is working with no problems. This machine is our secondary name server.

Don't know for certain but looking at the error message it give the hint that the error is related to DNS. Is the server able to resolve DNS (MX & A) queries? My first look is whether name server resolution is functioning.

I am sorry to repeat myself, but we are unnable to reply to our customers using OTRS, so we are having big problems. Doesn't anyone know how to solve this?

When I try to Reply to a ticket I get this:
Software error:
Modification of a read-only value attempted at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/i686-linux/Net/DNS/Question.pm line 47.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root at localhost.localdomain), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.
We have been using OTRS for more than 3 months now, with no problem. Today we got this, with no aparent motive.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
