[otrs] New Email-Ticket - how to choose different signature?

Hello,

 When  I  write  new Email-Ticket I can choose the queue "From", but i
 can not choose the signature from defined ones in Admin - Signatures.

 I  have  got  several  queues  and  every queue should have different
 signature  (the  amount  of  signatures  =  amount  of queues). Is it
 possible  to  choose  the  signature  or  define it automatically for
 choosen queue?
