[otrs] perl issue with OTRS

Hi,

I resolved my earlier apache issue but now I am getting:

Software error:
install_driver(Oracle) failed: Can't load 
'/usr/lib64/perl5/site_perl/5.8.5/x86_64-linux-thread-multi/auto/DBD/Oracle/Oracle.so' 
for module DBD::Oracle: libclntsh.so.9.0: cannot open shared object file: No 
such file or directory at 
/usr/lib64/perl5/5.8.5/x86_64-linux-thread-multi/DynaLoader.pm line 230, 
<PRODUCT> line 4.
 at (eval 21) line 3
Compilation failed in require at (eval 21) line 3, <PRODUCT> line 4.
Perhaps a required shared library or dll isn't installed where expected
 at /opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/../../Kernel/System/DB.pm line 195
