[otrs] OTRS variables

Hi

The following variables:

<OTRS_CONFIG_HttpType>://<OTRS_CONFIG_FQDN>/

are currently being converted as:

http://yourhost.example.com/

I feel foolish having to ask, but where is it getting this from??
