[otrs] Message: Need ArticleTypeID

I have just upgraded my OTRS from version 2.0 to version 2.1. I have this installed on a Fedora system, so my installation was done with RPM upgrade. I had to done some things manually, like updating my Config.pm file and upgrading the database, but still I get some strange errors.

When I try to create a notification, or if I just try to close a ticket, I get this error:

I can't seem to find out what's wrong with my installation. If any of you do, any help would be very appreciated as this system serves some 20 support users and thousands of end-users.
