yes i've checked it! The problem still remains even with files with simple names like "DSCN8786.zip"...

Lool we're a italian company with a lot of foreign customer from turkey, russia and even saudi arabia! At the moment I didn't gave to them the login to the OTRS! I hope it will work fine with their own languges... if not i will have to ask them to send files with only latin names... :)
