Hello Tabitha,
I think you should take a look at the following Sysconfig entry:
Sysconfig -> Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewCompose
and here at Ticket::Frontend::ResponseFormat
This should be the config part where you can edit your response format.
For me it worked
