Yes, the general procedure is the same. There are some things in
there that are specific to coming from 2.0 (config settings names
have changed, database schema needs to be upgraded, etc.). I don't
believe there are ever any database changes when only the third digit
in the version is changed. Your next database upgrade will probably
be to get to version 2.2.x (or higher).
