...there is such a mapping for the customer backend as well. The section
starts with "Map => [ ..." Apparently it is already contained in the
configuration you posted.

...maybe you should uncomment this line to authenticate customers
against the LDAP.The line before refers to the agent login and is
already included in your configuration (few lines above).
