Yes Carlos, Andy and Nils,
my bad: I should have had a second look at the manual before posting.
I really found everything in it...
@Nils: I'm using Debian 4.0 and installed 2.04 because that was the only
.deb packaged version I found for Etch.
Still too "newbie" with OTRS to upgrade, lemme get used to it and I will.
