[otrs] close ticket without body

Thanks, i hope they will change it , often its need to be close a ticket 
without a content (and type in a space)

b.) When i setup a pop3 Account, he does not check automatically for new 
inboxes (via Interface) any idea why?
then i did too
try PosterMasterpop3.pl with -u -p and -s it work.
when i try it over crontab (without options) it doesnt works.
