[otrs] Can't access to the TimeAccounting package

Hi !!!

I've installed OTRS 2.1.7 on SuSE 10.1, we've fallen in love with it
inmediately. We're very impresed.

Today we started installing aditional packages. We installed the
Timetracking, but we don't find a menu option that lets us use it.

Any help is appreciated
