[otrs] close ticket without body

hello maurice (and others)
Now it works the POP3 stuff (i think so).
there now 2 problems open then i think i know all what i need to know.

a.) i dont think i need it but if anybody knows it the correct permissions 
for sendmail piping would be fine.

b.) is there a way or script out for convert tickets from RT to Otrs, or 
just over the sales team?
