[otrs] Can't access to the TimeAccounting package

you just pointed me on this opm, so I installed it.
With this, a special group time_accounting is added.
Due to the setting in Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration,
you need to be member of this group.
Then, a new menu-icon is displayed.

Where can I get a documentation for this opm?
