[otrs] My First Time

Hi All,

I'm a first time user to OTRS as our company is testing different ticketing systems. I'm currently having issues getting the customer authentication to AD LDAP to work properly as there are weird error messages in my syslog. Can anyone assist? Here's the messages I get.

Even though the message says successful login, I will get Panic! No UserData!!!
