[otrs] configure-problems

Hi Kai
At previous OTRS versions (2.0, 1.3, etc) I used to edit Config.pm but
w/2.2.x version I use Sysconfig option and all is ok.

I think you mean the options in the "backend" ("OTRS  :: Admin :: SysConfig
:: 
Framework -> Core") as an administrator - right!?
If so I have to say no. - Usually I only edited my Config.pm and everything
was OK.

But after realizing my new OTRS is not changing my settings if I wrote them
to my Config.pm (that was created by the installer) I played a little bit
with the "Sysconfi option" like I described...
