[otrs] configure-problems

Thanks for that message but - like I wrote in my first post - that "mechanism" 
is not true for me/my installation. - So I wrote my e-mail to this list.

If I change something in my Config.pm it is _not_ recognized by my OTRS.
That Sysconfig doesn't show that settings is clearly to see 'cause it can't 
change that settings or touches the Config.pm...- But why is my OTRS 
not "playing with me" like I wrote it in my Config.pm?

I think I should write the minimalest setting - I asked for - to the Config.pm 
and after that make my changes to the configuration with Sysconfig...
